Small team. Wider circle.

You work with the people doing the work, plus a trusted network we bring in when the work calls for it.

One team holding the map.

You’ve probably lived this. Three companies working on the same business, none of them talking to each other, and you in the middle, repeating the context to each one, catching what falls between them, and holding the whole thing in your head. Or worse, wasting opportunities because vendors aren’t aligned on priorities and are pulling in different directions.

This isn’t a communication problem. It’s a job nobody assigned, and it usually lands on the owner by default. Most people don’t even see it as a job. But it’s at the core of what we do.

You’ll work with a few of us as your business grows, and we make sure everyone on our team has the full picture, including the parts that aren’t their piece. The context travels with the work. You never have to be the one carrying it.

When a project needs something we don’t have, we bring someone else in, and the same rule applies. They get the full context too.

You shouldn’t have to be the one keeping everything together.

What has to stay true while the work changes.

Integrity

Wholeness, alignment, honesty. We build systems that are truthful about what works and what doesn’t. No spin, even when spin would be easier.

Impact

Real difference, not just deliverables. If you’re still stuck after working with us, we haven’t done our job — no matter what shipped.

Connection

Everything is linked. Your problems aren’t isolated, and neither are the people or systems needed to solve them.

Sustainability

We build for your long-term capability, not your dependency on us. The work should keep holding long after we’ve left the room.

Where our thinking comes from.

We co-founded a community working group called Human-Centered Technology — a room full of people trying to find the middle path on AI and the tools changing how we all work: not rejecting them outright, not swallowing the hype either. We believe technology should keep people employed, connected, and in the loop — not replace the humans your customers came looking for in the first place.

About the working group →

The team doesn’t stop at our payroll.

Some problems need a CPA, a photographer, a cybersecurity specialist, or someone who’s spent twenty years inside a trade we haven’t.

One client needed a cybersecurity review before a contract would clear. That isn’t us, and pretending otherwise would have cost them the contract. So we found the person who does it, and stayed in the handoff until it was done.

You don’t have time to work out which HR firm or which CPA fits a business your size, so we do that part and you get the shortlist instead of the search. Then we stay in the handoff until the pieces work together. You’ve probably had the other kind of referral, the one that’s really a goodbye. This isn’t that.

Now you know us. Tell us about you.

The first conversation is always free, and you’ll leave it with a clearer picture whether or not we ever work together.
