Branding

People decide who you are before you’ve said a word.

Your brand isn’t a logo. It’s how people understand who you are and why they should care — usually from their couch, at 9pm, on a neighbor’s recommendation.

Brand before website. Always.

Here’s what we see all the time: a business owner pays someone for a website, gets something generic that looks like everyone else’s, and wonders why it isn’t working. Then they quietly decide websites don’t work, when really, the website never had anything to say.

The site was never the problem. What got skipped was the part where they figured out who they are, what they’re actually saying, and who needs to hear it.

So we start with the brand — your identity, your positioning, your voice. What makes you different? How do you talk about it? Who needs to hear it? Once that’s clear, the website practically writes itself. And it works, because it’s finally saying something real.

What this looks like

We start with conversations, not design. Who are you, really? What makes someone choose you over the person down the road? What do you keep underselling? We find the common connection you’re too close to see, then build the brand around it — identity, positioning, voice — so everything downstream has something meaningful to say. The website, the social presence, the way you show up when someone looks you up: all of it finally points at the same thing.

The work behind this

Portfolio coming soon.

If the work is good, the brand should say so.

Bring what you have — even if it’s just a name and a hunch. That’s more than most people start with.
