Can you name every subscription your business is paying for right now?
Most owners can’t. And most are paying every month for things nobody uses.
Sound familiar?
- “I’m pretty sure we’re paying for two tools that do the same thing.”
- “Someone left last year. I honestly couldn’t tell you what they still have access to.”
- “We signed up for a few AI tools at some point. Nobody’s opened them since.”
- “Our old web guy set all that up. I think the domain might still be in his name.”
- “I’d have to go through the card statement to even tell you what we use.”
That last one is the whole service. We go through the card statement — and everything behind it.
What we do about it.
Cancel the dead stuff.
Every recurring charge on the card — what it costs, who actually uses it. You approve every cut, and the savings show up on your next statement.
Fix a few things worth fixing.
Usually small. One client was paying $600 a year to send estimates when software they already owned could do it. Anything bigger goes on a list with honest price tags, and that list is yours to sit on.
Sort out the keys.
There’s usually somebody who left two years ago who still has access to something. We clean that up, get accounts back in your name, set you up with a password manager, and leave you a one-page list of who has what — so next time someone leaves, you know what to turn off.
It takes about six weeks, and most of it happens without you. You give us an evening up front to pull statements and let us in, and we do the digging.
The Tech Cleanout — $1,500. Flat.
No hourly billing, no surprises at the end. And if we don’t find at least our fee in yearly waste, we’ll credit you the difference toward anything else we do. The dead subscriptions are pretty much always there.
A few things we won’t do.
We won’t sell you software. We won’t take a cut from anybody who does. And we won’t hold your passwords — everything stays in your hands. If your setup turns out to be clean, we’ll tell you that too.
The first conversation is free. It always is.
Tell us what you’re running, and we’ll tell you straight whether there’s money on the table — including if there isn’t.
